Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information and ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled service time. You are responsible for verifying insurance coverage, disclosing any vehicle modifications, and notifying us of conditions that could affect service. Misrepresentation may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are generated based on details you provide, including year, make, and model of your vehicle. Final pricing may change after physical inspection or insurance verification. All quotes are time-sensitive and may expire. We strive to provide accurate, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
5. Insurance Claims
Easy Auto Glass works directly with insurance providers to simplify the claim process. While we assist in coordinating coverage, you remain responsible for deductibles and items excluded by your policy. By authorizing us, you grant permission to communicate with your insurer on your behalf.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, and checks. Insurance billing is also available when approved. Failed payments or returned checks may result in additional fees and suspension of warranty coverage.
7. Warranty
Easy Auto Glass backs its work with a Lifetime Warranty covering workmanship, installation, and manufacturer defects. This warranty applies as long as you own the vehicle. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Auto Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.
